Terms of use
Snacked is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA), together with these terms. Where the two differ, the Standard EULA applies.
Who we are
Snacked is made by Operational Excellence Software in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce number 42193086). You can reach us at hi@snacked.app.
Snacked Premium
Snacked Premium unlocks meal analysis by photo, voice, typed words and quick changes. The demo journal is always unlocked.
- Plans. Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly (€2.99) or yearly (€14.99). Prices can differ by country; the App Store shows the price in your currency before you confirm.
- Free trial. New subscribers get a free trial of 3 days. Apple decides who is eligible, usually once per Apple Account.
- Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- Renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancelling. Manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Snacked. You can also open it from the licence card in Me. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged. After cancelling, Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple. See the refund policy.
Estimates, not advice
Calories, macros and portions are estimates made from your photo, your words or your voice, or official label values where a product is matched. They can be wrong, and you can always change them.
Snacked is not a medical device and gives no medical or dietary advice. Talk to a doctor or a registered dietitian for medical conditions, pregnancy, breastfeeding or a history of eating disorders.
Your content
Your meals, photos and notes are yours. When you ask Snacked to analyse a meal, you allow it to process what you send only to return the result to you. See the privacy policy for what is sent and why.
Product data
Product information comes from Open Food Facts, available under the Open Database License, with product photos under Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike. It is published by its contributors and can be incomplete or out of date.
Fair use
Use Snacked for your own food journal. Automated or abusive use of the analysis service may be limited. Meal analysis needs an internet connection, and we cannot promise that it is always available without interruption.
Your rights as a consumer
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new date.
